Lincoln Navigator Limo
16-Seat Group Arrival with Full Kerbside Impact
Sixteen passengers exit one vehicle in sequence — that is the Lincoln Navigator’s specific advantage at a school gate where the whole year group is watching. The extended wheelbase creates a kerbside presence no saloon or SUV can match. Inside: LED mood lighting, mirrored ceiling, and a sound system the group controls from pickup. The vehicle for friendship groups who want one arrival, not a convoy.

Party Bus Hire
24-Seat Full-Length Event Entrance
The Party Bus is the largest vehicle in the fleet and the one that produces the loudest arrival — in every sense. Dance floor, LED lighting rigs, a sound system calibrated for 24 passengers, and a full-length exterior that fills the school gate when it pulls in. The journey is the pre-party. Designed for year-group supergroups who want a single booking, not six separate cars arriving out of sequence.

Rolls Royce
Solo or Paired Arrival for the Formalist
The Rolls Royce is chauffeur-driven to the school gate in School Prom uniform, parks at the door, and opens from the outside. The student steps out onto the pavement, not into a crowd. The Spirit of Ecstasy at the bonnet, the coach-built doors, the cabin silence on the approach — none of it requires explanation to the people watching. For the student who wants a composed, individual entrance on their own terms.

Range Rover Limo
8-Seat Arrival with Prestige Visual Weight
Eight passengers, full SUV ride height, and a door position that lets every student step out and stand clear before the next one exits. That matters at a school gate with cameras at every angle. Climate-controlled interior, premium audio, and the visual authority of a Range Rover at full limo length. The right format for a tighter group that wants the limo entrance without the stretch footprint.

Ford Excursion Limo
14-Seat American-Format Group Limo
The Excursion is the stretch limo most students picture when they imagine prom night. Low, long, and unmistakable, it parks parallel to the school entrance so the group exits single file — sequenced, photographable, unhurried. The mirrored interior and LED cabin lighting run the full length of the passenger compartment. Fourteen passengers. One vehicle. The traditional stretch format done properly.

Aston Martin
1–2 Passenger Performance Arrival
Where the Rolls Royce is composure, the Aston Martin is presence. Low to the ground, wide across the shoulders, and carrying a silhouette that every person at the gate will place immediately regardless of their interest in cars. The BS7858-vetted chauffeur delivers the car to the school entrance and steps out first. The student exits into clear space, with the car behind them. That is a photograph that does not need a filter.
Full specifications, interior photography, passenger configurations, and pricing are available on each individual vehicle page.
Prom Night Safety — What School Prom Guarantees
How Prom Night Logistics Work with School Prom

School Gate Arrival
Prom night at a school gate is not a standard drop-off. There are multiple vehicles queuing, a photography area in operation, teachers coordinating access, and parents watching from the pavement. School Prom’s chauffeurs are briefed in advance on the specific arrival slot, the gate access point, and the positioning that gives your group the cleanest kerbside exit. The chauffeur arrives in School Prom uniform, opens the vehicle from the correct door, and steps back so the photography happens unobstructed. From vehicle to school entrance, the sequence is managed.
The Parent’s Confirmation Process
After your deposit is paid, you receive written confirmation by email — vehicle name, registration, pickup time, pickup address, and the direct mobile number for your named chauffeur. At 48 hours before prom night, School Prom calls to confirm final timing and answer any last-minute questions. If plans change on the day — a student is running late, the pickup address shifts — you call the chauffeur directly on the number in your confirmation. You do not navigate a call centre. You do not leave a voicemail. If you need to reach someone at 8:30pm on a Friday in June, the person who answers is the driver who is 20 minutes away.
Group Coordination
Multi-address pickups require precise timing between stops. When you book a group hire, School Prom takes every pickup postcode at the time of booking and plans the route with exact stop durations built in. The chauffeur is briefed on the order and the timing before the night. What you need to provide at booking: the full list of pickup addresses in preferred order, the prom venue address, and the required arrival time. School Prom plans the rest. If one stop adds delay, the chauffeur calls ahead — the group knows, the route adjusts.
Booking Season & Demand Reality
School Prom’s peak season runs from May to July, with the majority of London, Essex, Kent, and Surrey proms concentrated in a four-week window in June. The most requested vehicles — the Lincoln Navigator Limo, the Range Rover Limo, and the Party Bus — carry one booking per night per vehicle. When a date is taken, it is taken. January enquiries for June dates are not early — they are normal. February enquiries sometimes find their first-choice vehicle already booked for the dates that matter. If your school’s prom date is confirmed, the time to secure the vehicle is now, not after the February half-term.
Parental Peace of Mind
We know parents worry about safety on prom night. That’s why every driver is Enhanced DBS-checked, fully insured, and specifically trained to work with students. We provide real-time vehicle tracking and 24/7 emergency support. Your child’s safety is our absolute priority – we’re parents too, and we treat every passenger like our own.

Amazing. Polite and professional driver, vehicle was very “Vegas” and the kids loved it. Used for a 10th Birthday party. What a great memory
